UTAWIT SHIZUOKA 2009

On September 6, 2009, Utawit Shizuoka was held at Music Hall and organized by the

Phil Nakama Organization headed by Jo Palima and Melinda Yamashita. The winner

of the event went to Monaliza Harada with her rendition of the song, Tuliro.
