UTAWIT IBARAKI 2009

UTAWIT IBARAKI was held last August 30, 2009 at the Kawauchi Kumin Hall in Chikusei, Ibaraki.

It was organized by Lahi Association headed by Ms. Rowena Inoue.

The first place was garnered by Rosalyn Abellere with her interpretation of the song, Dito Ba.
